At Lethe Intimates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your selection. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
